Back House

KOLEA

Our back Guest House includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full size kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, outdoor lanai and large backyard. Availability for our Kolea House for the next 12 months is listed below. Please email or text Josh with inquiries.

BOOKING AND AVAILIBILITY

Please message Josh at 808-489-7115 or email kolealanding@gmail.com for availability and quotes. It is usually best to provide your desired dates and length of stay and we can provide you with your best options around those dates.

Cancellation Policy – Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Check-in after 4:00 PM, we will text your if our guest suite is available before 4:00 PM. You may drop off luggage after 1:00 PM.

Check-out before 11:00 AM, no need to clean before checkout but tidying up is appreciated. Please do not strip beds or start laundry as we will take care of all the linens.

• Quiet time between 10pm – 8am Be respectful of neighbors We ask that you take care of our home so we can continue to share it for years to come.
• Commercial photography and filming not allowed
• No Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed
• See rental agreement in terms and services
• No parties allowed
• Maximum number of guest specified during booking (Aukai Front Suite 4 Guests, Kolea Back Home 4-6 Guests)
